This is the worst campaign I have ever had to contact customer service, I want to talk to a person, but all the phone numbers provided do not work, but unfortunately, there is practically no way to talk to a person. I am 70 years old, very poor computer skills, I want to return my purchase of robovaccum, which does not work and the description on the website is not true, yes, I can print a label but I do not have a printer, I want to send the label to my brother, I changed the email to send, but every time it comes to me …. what you do with the customer is unacceptable. The product I want to return is worth $151.00, for me it is a very large sum, for me I wanted to make vacuuming easier, but unfortunately I was cheated. I will try to connect with customer service again, if I do not succeed, I will be forced to contact Canada customer protection
