The first and last days of the week are usually the busiest days in call centers and should be avoided if possible.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are usually the best days for getting fast and efficient customer service response.
Best Hours to Call Customer Service
The Zendesk study found that the best hours to call customer service are: 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The worst hours to call customer service are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
