Whether customers are benefiting from our mobile services, prepaid cards, broadbands, TV+ services, or any other combination of these, the StarHub customer service team’s goal is to help customers out whenever a problem pops up.
StarHub has various channels that customers can choose from in order to receive the help they need.
For example, StarHub can help them via SMS or they can reach out to StarHub’s hotline.
StarHub even has an app available to customers so they can check their mobile data usage, view and pay their bills, check their re-contract eligibility, enjoy instant treats and lifestyle deals with StarHub Rewards, or activate roaming and other services on their own without having to talk to anyone.
And that’s anytime, anywhere.
If, however, customers still want to speak to StarHub directly, they have that option too.
To check their bill, the customer should just SMS their bill, and send this information to 2455 (for example: S1234567A, bill, 1.12345678).
If customers want to check their prepaid balance, they should dial *123#. They should receive an SMS with their balance within three minutes.
If a customer wants to speak to someone, they can always reach out to the 24-hour hotline at 1633, or +65 6820 1633 if they are calling from overseas.
Please note that roaming calls from a StarHub postpaid mobile line will be capped at 2$ regardless of the overseas location of the customer calling.
However, if one is a Pay-As-customers-Roam customer, one should be aware that a 20% surcharge will apply.
